Water plays an essential role to life. Majority of our body parts like brain and lungs are made up of water.  A person also cannot live without water for five days. Interestingly, it also plays a role in weight loss. How is that so?

Water is a good appetite inhibitor. Drinking water could alleviate hunger impulses hence eliminating the urge to eat a large amount of meal. It is calorie-free compared to other beverages. Its other advantages include cleansing out body toxins and preventing skin for premature sagging. Overall, water helps in the person’s overall physical health.
